Role and Team
• As a Lot Driver, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a crucial role in supporting our auction activities by safely moving and staging vehicles across the lot under guidance.
Responsibilities
• Safe Operations: Prioritize safe driving practices at all times.
• Vehicle Staging: Support smooth lot flow and ensure accurate vehicle positioning based on operational requirements.
• Operational Support: Safely move a variety of vehicles throughout the lot.
• Efficiency: Use alphanumeric ordering to relocate vehicles from the finish line to designated parking areas.
• Inventory Tracking: Utilize our Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate records of vehicle movement.
• Maintenance: Jump-start vehicles using a battery box when necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, promptly reporting any incidents or potential hazards.
• Policy Adherence: Follow established protocols for accidents, injuries, and property damage, ensuring compliance with all laws.
• Other Duties: Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of safely operating vehicles of various makes, models, and sizes.
• Preferred experience in automotive or auction settings.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications is a plus.
