Job Type: Part-time, hourly Pay: $17 to $20 per hour Schedule: 5 to 10 hours per week, flexible days and times Location: Northwest Indianapolis (I-465 and Michigan Road) Reports to: Operations Manager About Us Bolted Box is a family-owned company that rents and sells storage and office containers to contractors and businesses across Indiana. We run a simple, honest operation and take pride in sending out clean, job-ready containers. The Role You’ll keep every container on our lot clean, branded, and ready to go out to a customer. What You’ll Do Install Bolted Box signs and decals on storage and office containers Remove old stickers, labels, and adhesive Touch-up and spot paint scratches, rust, and dents Mop and clean office container floors, walls, and windows Sweep out storage containers and remove debris Check and lube door hardware, lock boxes, and seals Light maintenance on office containers (light fixtures, HVAC filters, door handles) Wash company trucks Monitor supply and material levels and request restock before running out Report damage or larger repairs to the Operations Manager Keep the lot neat and tools organized Log completed work What We’re Looking For Reliable transportation to the lot Able to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder, and work outdoors in all seasons Light handyman skills and comfortable with basic hand tools Attention to detail and pride in finished work Able to work independently with minimal supervision Nice to Have Painting, cleaning, or general maintenance experience Decal or vinyl install experience Why Work With Us Flexible days and times, part-time work Great retirement job for someone who wants to stay active and keep busy Family-run company with real people, not a corporate chain Simple, steady work with clear expectations To Apply: Submit your application on Indeed, call or text (317) 606-2658, or email LockedOut@BoltedBox.com.
