Part-Time LEGO Inventory & Fulfillment Associate

As a Part-Time LEGO Inventory & Fulfillment Associate at Novo Vault, you'll help manage and organize our LEGO inventory, assemble and inspect sets, and prepare customer orders for shipment. We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys LEGO, takes pride in accurate work, and wants to contribute to a growing e-commerce business. Responsibilities LEGO Assembly: Build LEGO sets according to instructions, inspect completed builds, and identify missing or incorrect pieces. Inventory Management: Count, sort, organize, and accurately inventory LEGO sets, minifigures, and individual pieces. Order Fulfillment: Pick, package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are securely packed and accurately fulfilled. Shipping & Drop-Offs: Drop off outgoing packages at a nearby post office approximately five minutes away. Quality Control: Inspect LEGO products for completeness, condition, and accuracy before listing or shipping. Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly store inventory. General Operations: Assist with additional inventory, packaging, and day-to-day business tasks as needed. Requirements Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable handling, sorting, counting, and assembling small LEGO pieces. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing. Ability to package and move boxes safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for post office drop-offs. Availability every Monday, Thursday, and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Additional hours available upon request Previous LEGO building and packaging experience is preferred Experience with e-commerce, inventory management, or order fulfillment is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Growth Starting pay is $18 per hour , with opportunities to earn up to $23 per hour based on performance. Additional hours available Pay increases will be considered based on: Accuracy and quality of completed work. Efficiency in assembling, inventorying, and packaging LEGO products.
