Part-Time Law Firm Sourcing and Outreach Specialist

About the Role We are a small, fast-growing company helping law firms adopt practical AI tools and connect with the right people. We are looking for a sharp, educated, and experienced professional who wants meaningful part-time work they can do from home on a flexible schedule. This role is a great fit for someone who has stepped back from a full-time career, such as a parent at home, and wants to put their professional skills to work around family life. You will help with contacting lawyers and spend much of your time researching, sourcing leads, and communicating with accomplished attorneys by email, LinkedIn, text, and phone. What You Will Do Research law firms and identify the right attorneys and decision-makers to contact Build and maintain organized lead lists using our CRM and AI tools Reach out to and follow up with top lawyers through email, LinkedIn, text messaging, and phone calls Schedule calls and keep conversations moving with clear, professional communication Track activity and results, and share feedback to improve our process What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, etc.) a plus Professional work experience in law, business development, client services, marketing, consulting, or a similar field Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking with senior professionals on the phone Organized, self-directed, and reliable working independently from home Comfortable learning new software and AI tools Must live in Utah Details Part-time, about 20 hours per week Fully remote within Utah with a flexible schedule you set around your life $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, with performance bonuses Paid training and room to grow into more hours or responsibility This is a sourcing and relationship-building position for someone who is curious, professional, and enjoys connecting with people.
