Part-Time Laundry Pickup & Delivery Driver Company: Swift Support Solution LLC Location: Hinesville / Fort Stewart, Georgia Job Type: Part-Time, W-2 Employee Pay: $17.00 per hour, plus applicable federally required fringe benefits Expected Hours: 16 hours per week Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, approximately 8 hours per day Anticipated Start Date: November 2026, contingent upon government contract award Job Description Swift Support Solution LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Part-Time Laundry Pickup & Delivery Driver to support an anticipated federal government laundry services contract at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The selected candidate will be responsible for transporting government-owned laundry and linens between Fort Stewart and a designated commercial laundry processing facility. This position requires excellent time management, attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and a strong commitment to safety and accountability. Key Responsibilities Pick up soiled laundry and linens from the designated Fort Stewart location. Transport laundry to an assigned commercial laundry processing facility. Retrieve cleaned laundry and return it to Fort Stewart according to established delivery schedules. Load and unload laundry bags and bundles safely. Verify laundry quantities and maintain accurate pickup and delivery records. Inspect returned laundry for visible damage, missing items, or packaging discrepancies. Maintain proper separation between clean and soiled laundry. Ensure all government-owned property is properly accounted for during transportation. Maintain a clean and organized rental vehicle. Immediately report transportation delays, shortages, damaged items, or other concerns to the Contract Manager. Follow all installation security procedures, traffic regulations, and company safety policies. Work Schedule Expected Hours: 16 hours per week Tuesday — Laundry Pickup (Approximately 8 hours) Report to the assigned location. Pick up laundry from Fort Stewart no later than 1:00 PM. Transport laundry to the designated processing facility. Complete required inventory and delivery documentation. Thursday — Laundry Delivery (Approximately 8 hours) Pick up completed laundry from the processing facility. Verify quantities and condition of cleaned items. Deliver laundry to Fort Stewart no later than 3:30 PM. Complete delivery documentation and report discrepancies. The work schedule may be adjusted based on government requirements. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license. Acceptable driving record. Ability to meet rental vehicle operator requirements. Ability to obtain and maintain authorized access to Fort Stewart. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move laundry bundles using appropriate equipment or assistance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain accurate inventory and delivery records. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery driver, courier, transportation, or logistics experience. Experience handling commercial laundry or linen deliveries. Familiarity with Fort Stewart and surrounding Georgia communities. Previous military installation or government contractor experience. Compensation and Benefits Starting base wage: $17.00 per hour. Expected hours: 16 per week. Applicable health-and-welfare fringe benefits in accordance with the federal contract wage determination. Applicable paid leave and holiday benefits as required by the contract and law. Company-arranged rental vehicle for authorized contract transportation. Part-time daytime schedule. Employment Conditions Employment is contingent upon final government contract award, funding, and authorization to begin services.
