Part-Time Fulfillment Support Associate
ThorumWelcome to Thorum! Since 2012, we’ve been making alternative jewelry out of everything from meteorite to dinosaur bone. We’re a small, family-oriented, unique team, and we’re looking for a dependable part-time teammate to support our fulfillment and customer service operations. Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week Mondays required, plus additional days throughout the week Shifts within 8 am - 4 pm Responsibilities: Supporting daily order fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipping) Processing returns and exchanges Helping with inventory counts and receiving shipments Assisting Fulfillment and Customer Service with various tasks and issues Keeping the workplace clean and organized Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce fulfillment (Shopify a plus) Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Experience shipping online orders or working with inventory We’ll train the right person, so a strong attitude and attention to detail matter most Requirements: Able to work on your feet for extended periods Able to lift 50 lbs Good organizational skills Good communication skills Able to learn quickly and adapt as needs arise Comfortable using a computer Reliable attendance on your scheduled days Compensation: $15 - $19 per hour, depending on experience 20 - 24 hours per week Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week Application Question(s): Have you fulfilled for an e-commerce company before?
