Part-Time Food Truck/Trailer Team Member

We are looking for a dependable, experienced Part-Time Food Truck/Trailer Team Member to assist with day-to-day food trailer operations and busy off-site events. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position . Some shifts may be steady, while brewery and special-event shifts can become extremely busy with a high volume of orders coming in at once. Applicants must be comfortable working under pressure, staying organized, communicating clearly, and moving quickly without sacrificing food quality or order accuracy. This position is primarily for the food trailer, with occasional opportunities to assist with catering and other events. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently Work grill, flat-top, fryer, and other food-service equipment as needed Keep up with multiple orders during high-volume rushes Communicate and work efficiently in a small team and limited workspace Take customer orders and operate the POS system Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation during busy service Complete food prep, restocking, cleaning, and sanitation duties Assist with opening and closing the trailer Help load, unload, set up, and break down for off-site events when needed Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures Requirements Previous restaurant, food truck, fast-casual, line cook, or similar food-service experience preferred Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable, punctual, and able to consistently report for scheduled shifts Must be able to multitask and stay organized during heavy rushes Comfortable using fryers, grills, flat-tops, and other commercial kitchen equipment Able to work well in a small workspace alongside other team members Must maintain a professional attitude when service gets busy Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform normal lifting associated with food-service work Schedule This is a part-time position with varying hours . Shifts may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, brewery events, festivals, and other off-site events. Hours may vary from week to week depending on the event schedule.
