Part-Time Floral Warehouse Associate (Fulfillment) – Afternoon Shifts

Part-Time Warehouse Associate – Fresh Flowers, Afternoon Shifts $16/hr starting | about 26 hrs/week | Afternoons + Saturday mornings Fits well around morning college classes. No experience needed, we’ll train you. Red Mountain Wholesale Florist is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to help get fresh flowers and supplies out the door to our customers. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps things running, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Pull and pack flower and supply orders accurately and with care Prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery Help customers in person and over the phone Restock shelves and keep the workspace clean and organized Help with inventory counts at the end of your shift on Monday and Wednesday Schedule Mon & Wed 1–7pm Tue & Thu 1–5pm Sat 8am–2pm Fridays and Sundays off, with the exception of 3-4 Sundays a year (Typically 1 in February and 2 in May - never Mother’s Day) What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable, friendly, and a team player Able to stand throughout your shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a refrigerated cooler Ideally able to stay with us for at least a year Warehouse experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Consistent weekly schedule with mornings free Paid training Employee discount A chance to learn the wholesale floral business Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 23.0 – 26.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Application Question(s): Please take the following survey for your application to be considered complete: https://go.cultureindex.com/s/gozCOnzjV1 It takes about 5 minutes, and there are no right or wrong answers.
