We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Part-Time Merchandising Assistant to support our warehouse merchandising and inventory operations. Key Responsibilities 1. New Product Listing & Onboarding Assist with receiving, inspecting, tagging, and organizing new clothing inventory. Enter and maintain accurate product information in our inventory management systems, including product descriptions, sizes, colors, and other attributes. Ensure products are properly labeled, categorized, and organized for rental. Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams to prepare new inventory for launch. 2. Inventory Performance Management Support regular inventory reviews to identify high-performing, slow-moving, and underutilized products. Support inventory inspection requirements Perform physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies with system records. Help organize and optimize inventory placement and storage for efficient warehouse operations. 3. End-of-Life Inventory Management Identify and sort aging, damaged, or underperforming inventory for resale, liquidation, donation, or recycling. Prepare and organize products for resale or other disposition channels. Update inventory records and product statuses accurately. Support efforts to maximize product recovery value, extend garment lifecycles, and minimize waste. 4. General Warehouse & Merchandising Support Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory storage environment. Assist with product sorting, labeling, counting, and other merchandising activities. Collaborate with operations and styling teams to support daily inventory needs. Help improve merchandising processes and inventory accuracy. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable performing hands-on tasks in a warehouse environment. Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and computer systems. Ability to work independently, follow processes, and manage multiple tasks. Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn. Interest in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or inventory management. Previous experience in warehouse operations, merchandising, retail, or inventory management is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, walk, and handle clothing inventory throughout shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation. Why Join Taelor?
