Part-Time E-Commerce & Warehouse Associate Location: Milford, NH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week Starting Pay: $18.00/hour, with opportunity for pay increases based on performance and increased responsibilities About the Position We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time E-Commerce & Warehouse Associate to help with our day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position in a small warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently once trained. No Amazon or e-commerce experience is required. We will provide training. Responsibilities Receive incoming inventory and packages Open and unpack shipments Sort and organize products Prepare and label inventory for Amazon Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment Assist with Amazon FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders Stock and organize warehouse shelves Count inventory and assist with inventory accuracy Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with other basic warehouse and e-commerce tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Organized and able to follow instructions Comfortable performing repetitive tasks accurately Able to work independently after training Comfortable working on your feet and handling inventory Basic ability to use a computer and/or smartphone Previous warehouse, shipping, e-commerce, retail, or inventory experience is helpful but not required Schedule The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM , approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available depending on workload, with the position averaging approximately 20–30 hours per week . Compensation Starting pay: $18.00 per hour There is opportunity for increased pay over time based on reliability, performance, ability to work independently, and taking on additional responsibilities. Work Location This is an in-person position at our warehouse in Milford, New Hampshire. This is not a remote position. We're looking for someone interested in a stable part-time position who can become a dependable part of our day-to-day operation.
