Part-Time E-Commerce Shipping Clerk

Job Summary Seeking someone with the ability to work well independently and have a keen attention to details to ship and receive e-commerce packages. Duties include order entry, packaging, inventory, shipping and receiving. This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week and up to 30 hours seasonally. To view more info on the business, the website is lactationconnection.com Duties Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or storage Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring proper organization for easy access and inventory control Use basic math skills to count, measure, and calculate quantities during order picking and packing processes Enter orders in software and ship using USPS and UPS systems Keep workspaces clean and organized Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management Basic math proficiency for counting items, calculating weights/volumes, and verifying shipment quantities Basic computer skills for order entry and shipping. Good communication skills Customer service skills for pick up orders and emails required References & Experience Work experience with references and valid contact numbers are required.
