Part-Time Luxury E-Commerce Operations Assistant Company: Randolph Goods Location: Cold Spring, NY Schedule: Approximately 18–20 hours per week Compensation: $20/hour Start Date: ASAP About Randolph Goods Randolph Goods is a luxury goods business based in Cold Spring, New York, specializing in high-end handbags and accessories. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and trustworthy college student or recent graduate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce and live-selling business. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to luxury retail, e-commerce, inventory management, digital content, livestream selling, and small-business operations. Responsibilities The Part-Time Luxury E-Commerce Operations Assistant will help with a variety of operational and e-commerce tasks, including: Receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming packages and inventory Entering product information into the inventory management system Preparing, packaging, and shipping outgoing customer orders Managing general shipping and logistics Keeping inventory and work areas organized Photographing and filming luxury handbags and other products Assisting with product preparation for online listings and livestreams Supporting livestream and Whatnot selling sessions Moderating livestreams when needed Assisting with general e-commerce and day-to-day business operations Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy Organized and detail-oriented Professional and dependable Comfortable handling high-value luxury merchandise Comfortable working in a private residence Able to work independently and follow instructions Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and online platforms Interested in learning about e-commerce, luxury goods, digital media, or entrepreneurship Previous experience in retail, shipping, inventory, photography, social media, or e-commerce is helpful but not required.
