ConfidentialPart-Time E-Commerce & Inventory Coordinator Part-Time | 20–30 Hours per Week | Flexible Schedule We’re looking for a smart, organized, dependable person to join our team in a part-time role supporting our e-commerce, inventory, purchasing, and receiving operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys figuring things out, is comfortable with technology, pays attention to details, and wants to learn how different parts of a small business work together. The position is approximately 25–30 hours per week , with flexibility in how those hours are scheduled. Depending on the person, hours could be primarily during the day, evenings, or a combination of both. This could be a particularly good fit for someone looking for meaningful part-time work and real-world business experience. It could be equally well suited for someone who chose not to attend college but is bright, motivated, and interested in developing new skills. What You'll Do You'll work with several different parts of our business, including: Adding and maintaining products on our e-commerce website Keeping online inventory accurate and up to date Photographing used products for online listings Researching products and creating accurate online descriptions Using AI and other technology to help research products and create content Assisting with purchase orders and vendor information Receiving incoming merchandise and verifying it against purchase orders and invoices Entering and maintaining product and inventory information in our systems Investigating inventory discrepancies and helping keep our records accurate Assisting with spreadsheets, data entry, and other back-office projects Helping us find better and more efficient ways to manage products, inventory, and information This isn't simply a data-entry position. As you learn the job, we want you to take ownership of your work, recognize when something doesn't look right, and be willing to figure out why. Who We're Looking For Previous experience in e-commerce, inventory, purchasing, receiving, photography, or retail can be helpful, but it isn't required . We're more interested in finding someone who is: Intelligent, curious, and willing to learn Organized and detail-oriented Dependable Comfortable using computers and learning new technology Able to work independently once trained Good at solving problems and figuring things out Comfortable doing repetitive work without losing attention to detail Willing to ask questions when something doesn't make sense Interested in taking ownership of their work rather than simply completing a checklist A college degree is not required. What About Firearms Experience? Our business operates in the firearms and shooting-sports industry, so you must be comfortable working in an environment where firearms are regularly handled, displayed, bought, and sold. However, you do not need to be a firearms expert. Knowledge of or an interest in firearms is helpful, but we're willing to teach the right person. Being smart, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn is more important to us than already knowing our products.
