Part-Time Distribution & Inventory Specialist

Position Overview Medmart is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Distribution & Inventory Specialist. This is primarily a hands-on warehouse position focused on keeping our warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently. You'll help receive merchandise, organize inventory, prepare customer orders, and make sure products are stored properly and ready when needed. As business needs increase, you'll also assist with local deliveries, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable working both in the warehouse and occasionally on the road. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse. Receive incoming shipments, unpack merchandise, and verify orders for accuracy. Organize, stock, and properly store inventory in designated locations. Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Help track inventory and report shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies. Keep warehouse aisles, shelving, storage areas, and workspaces clean and free of clutter. Assist with moving, lifting, and organizing medical equipment and supplies. Make occasional local deliveries using company vehicles as business needs require. Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or delivery experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 100lbs unassisted. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for occasional deliveries. Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and maintain a safe work environment. Willingness to assist wherever needed as part of a small, team-oriented operation. Schedule & Compensation $16.00 per hour. Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week. Flexible scheduling, generally 5 hours per day. Occasional Saturdays may be required. Opportunity to take on additional delivery responsibilities as business needs grow.
