We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Dispatch professional to coordinate transportation operations efficiently and effectively. As a Part Time Dispatch specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting road transportation operations, maintaining internal communication, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage phone calls using multi-line phone systems, providing clear communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams. Foster effective internal communication by coordinating with customer service teams, warehouse staff, and external carriers to streamline operations. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Effective communication skills for phone call management, internal communication, and customer service interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and typing skills for data entry purposes.
