This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and providing professional customer service. Position Details Employment Type: Part-time, with potential advancement to full-time Required Availability: Mondays Additional weekday shifts may be available based on operational needs Weekend availability may be required, particularly during Peak Season from October through December Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour Paid weekly every Tuesday Company vehicle, fuel, and delivery equipment provided Responsibilities Safely operate a company-owned, DHL Express-branded delivery vehicle Load, organize, deliver, and unload packages Complete assigned delivery routes accurately and efficiently Deliver 50 or more packages per day, including envelopes and boxes weighing up to 60 pounds Use handheld delivery technology to scan and track shipments Provide professional and courteous service to customers Follow all company, DHL Express, traffic, safety, and delivery procedures Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the workday Complete vehicle inspections and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns Minimum Requirements Must be at least 22 years old At least two years of verifiable delivery-driving experience Valid driver’s license Acceptable motor vehicle record Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 60 pounds Ability to enter and exit a delivery vehicle frequently throughout the shift Reliable transportation to and from the workplace Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer-service skills Benefits and Perks Eligible employees may receive the following benefits after completing 60 days of employment: Company-paid major medical group health plan Vision, dental, and life insurance Paid vacation and paid time off 401(k) with company matching Paid training and professional development Opportunities for advancement Advancement opportunities may include: Full-Time Delivery Driver Lead Driver Dispatcher Operations Supervisor Additional leadership positions Benefit eligibility may depend on employment status and applicable plan requirements.
