Part Time Delivery Driver

Delivery Driver *Weekly Pay* *Dedicated Route* *Steady Work* Diamond D Transport was started in 2014 as a crude oil hauling company. The courier division began in March 2017. We have 6 employees and we are looking to add more. Our mission is simple: The only thing we sell is customer service, so why not be the best. We are looking for a delivery driver who can be the face of not only our company but also of our customers’. We offer weekly pay, dedicated route and equipment. We also have steady, year-round work. Previous delivery experience is a must. Spark, Instacart, GrubHub, Ubereats doesn’t qualify. I’m sorry. Successful applicant MUST pass a background check and a drug test. Hint: No felony convictions at least in the last 20 yrs. I don't make these rules, I just have to follow them. A self-starter with an eye for detail and a drive to get the job done in a safe and timely manner is highly needed. Overview of position: The truck arrives between 530 and 700 am on weekdays. Palletized plastic totes are unloaded and sorted into routes. Totes are scanned into phone through an app with a blue tooth scanner. Driver must own their own smart phone device. We provide the scanner. This route generally leaves around 730. Driver unloads and scans the totes a second time upon delivery to the customer. Empty totes from previous day’s delivery are gathered and loaded into van. Then proceed to the next stop. All empty totes are stacked on pallets upon return to warehouse. This route should be completed between 2-3pm. The warehouse is located in Wichita Falls so keep that in mind when applying. If you need steady, weekly, supplemental income, please apply.'
