Part-Time Dairy Warehouse Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION: High Lawn Farm is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Dairy Warehouse Associate to support our refrigerated warehouse and wholesale distribution operations. This hands-on role focuses on preparing customer orders, unloading returning delivery trucks, loading products for upcoming routes, and maintaining organized inventory. Working closely with our distribution and dairy teams, this position helps ensure products are handled safely and deliveries are prepared accurately and on time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Load and unload delivery vehicles with milk, butter, cheese, and ice cream; verify quantities and organize products for wholesale routes. Unload and organize returned crates and products; assist with vehicle cleaning and temperature checks. Pick and prepare orders for pickup and delivery; receive incoming shipments and record product movements. Provide occasional support with cheese, butter, ice cream, or other product packaging when warehouse responsibilities permit. Maintain accurate, timely inventory and shipping records, including basic updates in Google Workspace. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dairy cooler and loading dock; follow food-safety and product-rotation procedures. SCHEDULE: This is a part-time position with a consistent four-day schedule, approximately 18–22 hours per week. Wednesday–Friday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (shifts may end earlier depending on workload) Saturday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM Reliable availability on all four scheduled days is required. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail. This position requires clear communication, teamwork, the ability to work independently, and flexibility as daily priorities change. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, use a hand carts/ pallet jacks to move stacks of milk crates, and remain active throughout shifts while working in a refrigerated warehouse environment. Applicants must be able to complete a background check upon hire COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Hourly wage: $16.00–$18.00, based on relevant experience and willingness to learn.
