Part-Time Customer Service Associate / Order Fulfillment Associate – Holiday Availability Required

Apple Annie’s Bake Shop is looking for a friendly Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Associate to join our Front of House team. This is a part-time position with a variety of responsibilities, allowing team members to work both in customer-facing service and behind-the-scenes order fulfillment. We’ve been a staple in the Wilmington, NC community for over 40 years, offering fresh breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and more. Responsibilities include: Packaging and displaying baked goods Assisting customers in-store Taking and processing orders Answering phone inquiries Supporting order fulfillment and order accuracy Preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks Cleaning and maintaining the store to ensure a welcoming, sanitary environment Working efficiently and staying focused in a fast-paced bakery environment Holiday Availability: Holiday availability is required for this position. Our busiest time of year is during the holidays, and team members must be available to work during peak holiday periods, including Thanksgiving and Christmas . Reliability and flexibility during these periods are an important part of the role.
