Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service features
Provide related customer service functions during route operations
Work Saturday shifts and varying schedules as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
Meet minimum mandatory driver assessment training threshold
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
Use dependable driving, shipment checking, and customer service skills to support Federal Express Canada deliveries from YELA EDMO.
