Part-Time Class 1 Driver – Dump Truck / Pup Trailer

ECL – Ecadnac Contracting Ltd. is looking for a reliable Class 1 Driver to support our growing dump truck business across the Okanagan. The work will primarily involve operating a tandem dump truck and pup trailer on local civil construction, aggregate, excavation and hauling projects. Responsibilities: Operate tandem dump truck and pup trailer safely and efficiently Haul aggregate, excavation material, surplus soil, asphalt and construction materials Complete local project and jobsite hauling Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections Keep truck and paperwork organized Work safely around active construction sites and loading areas Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers and site personnel Requirements: Valid Class 1 driver’s licence Experience operating dump trucks preferred Pup trailer experience is an asset Clean and safe driving record Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable working around construction sites and heavy equipment Flexible availability for part-time and project-based work This position may be a good fit for an experienced driver looking for additional local work without committing to a full-time schedule. Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
