Part-Time CDL B Roll-Off Driver / Multi-Department Crew Lead

Level Up Dumpster Hauling LLC — New Hampshire Level Up Dumpster Hauling LLC is a growing dumpster rental, junk removal, moving, and snow removal company. We’re looking for a reliable, experienced CDL B roll-off driver to join our team on a part-time basis. This is more than just a roll-off driving position. The right person will have the opportunity to work across multiple departments throughout the year, including roll-off driving, junk removal, moving services, and seasonal snow removal. Position Part-Time — 16–32 hours per week Additional hours are available based on workload, customer demand, and seasonal needs. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working with a crew, and can take on additional responsibilities when needed. Primary Responsibilities ● Safely operate a CDL B roll-off truck. ● Deliver, position, and pick up dumpsters. ● Transport materials to transfer stations, recycling facilities, and disposal sites. ● Safely maneuver and back into residential and commercial properties. ● Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections. ● Follow DOT, state, and company safety requirements. ● Communicate with dispatch/management regarding routes, customers, delays, and safety concerns. ● Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. Multi-Department Responsibilities When not operating the roll-off truck, you may also: Junk Removal / Cleanouts ● Lead or assist a junk removal crew. ● Operate a pickup truck and trailer. ● Load and transport furniture, debris, and other materials. ● Communicate with customers and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently. Moving Services ● Drive company or rental trucks when qualified. ● Lead or assist moving crews. ● Load, unload, and properly secure customer belongings. Snow Removal ● Operate a company plow truck when trained and qualified. ● Assist with plowing, shoveling, and snow blowing. ● Lead a snow removal crew during winter storms. ● Work flexible hours during snow events when needed. Training Provided You do not need to be experienced in every department. Training will be provided for company-specific equipment, procedures, junk removal, moving operations, and snow removal. You will not be expected to perform a new responsibility independently until you have been properly trained and approved to do so. Requirements Required: ● Valid Class B CDL with air brake qualification. ● At least 1 year of current roll-off truck experience. ● Clean and acceptable driving record. ● Ability to pass required DOT drug testing and medical requirements. ● Ability to safely operate a manual-transmission truck or willingness to learn. ● Reliable and dependable. ● Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. ● Able to lift and move heavy items. ● Professional attitude and good communication skills. Preferred but not required: ● Manual-transmission experience. ● Junk removal or cleanout experience. ● Moving experience. ● Pickup and trailer experience. ● Snow-plowing experience. ● Previous crew-lead experience.
