Part-Time Apparel Production & Operations Assistant

Bravery Branding is growing, and we're ready to bring another set of hands into the shop! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to help with the day-to-day operations of our small but busy creative business in downtown Roanoke. From custom apparel and embroidery to laser engraving, order fulfillment, and the occasional errand, this position is a little bit of everything! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in the little details, and can confidently jump between different tasks throughout the day. POSITION DETAILS Location: Roanoke, Indiana (in-person) Hours: Approximately 6–12 hours per week Pay: $16–$22 per hour, based on experience Employment: Part-time, 1099 Schedule: Weekday hours, with schedule determined during hiring WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Production & Fulfillment Operating and assisting with heat press, embroidery, and laser engraving equipment Preparing apparel for production, including DTF transfers, garment organization, and finishing Assisting with embroidery setup, trimming, and quality control Preparing, checking, packaging, and fulfilling customer orders Maintaining quality and consistency across finished products Administrative & Shop Support Organizing and tracking orders, materials, and inventory Assisting with basic computer work and project updates Preparing shipping labels and coordinating outgoing orders Keeping the production area clean, organized, and stocked Errands & Other Responsibilities Picking up supplies and dropping off packages Assisting with occasional local customer deliveries Helping with other day-to-day business needs as they arise WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous hands-on experience with production equipment, preferably heat presses, embroidery machines, laser engravers, or similar equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow established processes Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software Dependable, punctual, and organized Comfortable switching between physical production work and administrative tasks Ability to work on your feet and safely handle materials and equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional business errands Experience in the custom apparel, print, embroidery, or promotional products industry is especially valuable!
