Part-Time Accounts Payable, Inventory Control & Data Entry Clerk

About us We are supportive and fast-paced. Lakeshore Veggie Growers Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to assist with accounts payable (A/P), inventory control, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have a background in inventory control or inventory management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records while managing multiple administrative tasks. The successful candidate is expected to have motivation to assist in all areas of the business, HR, Health & Safety, Accounting. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Assist with processing invoices, verifying documentation, entering supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate payment records. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate inventory records, track incoming and outgoing materials, and investigate discrepancies. Data Entry: Enter, update, and verify information in company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy. Reconcile inventory records and assist with periodic inventory counts. Organize and maintain electronic and paper records. Assist with general administrative and accounting duties as required. Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in inventory control, inventory management, accounts payable (A/P), or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software. Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation Ability to handle confidential financial and business information professionally.
