Part Shipping and Receiving Lead
MILLS AUTO GROUPParts Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Lead Classic Hampton Auto Mall is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of parts shipments and deliveries to support our operations. We are a Mercedes, Audi, Hyundai and Genesis dealership located in Hampton, VA. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming parts shipments. Prepare and package parts for shipment to various locations or customers. Maintain organized and clean shipping and receiving areas. Assist with inventory counts and reporting. Pull Daily, Weekly, and monthly returns as required by manufactures Operate Forklift Requirements Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred. Experience with CDK is a plus, though not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed (up to 40 lbs). Proficient with basic computer applications and inventory systems. Effective communication skills. Coordinate other warehouse staff to optimize daily operations.
