The Parking Operations Technician is responsible for supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of the Authority’s parking and bicycle facilities. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, high-quality customer service, and effective reporting in support of the organization’s mobility and access programs.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a precise physical inventory of all bicycle facilities and preparing routine reports on pedestrian and bicycle access programs according to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules. The Parking Operations Technician responds to customer calls directed to the Parking Operations Control Center, providing courteous and professional assistance while documenting inquiries, transactions, and resolutions in accordance with established procedures.
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Parking Operations Technician plays a key role in supporting the delivery of efficient, customer-focused transportation services and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of operational data across all assigned facilities.
Education/ Experience
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of experience in bicycle and parking operations
