The Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to support operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that enhance productivity, performance, and service delivery across the Organization.
Key responsibilities include gathering data through appropriate research and collection methods, performing in-depth analyses, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement. The Operations Analyst synthesizes findings into high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations that help management make informed, data-driven decisions.
This role also involves developing and documenting business processes, evaluating performance metrics, and recommending solutions that optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency. The Operations Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and monitor outcomes, ensuring sustained improvement.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in data management tools and visualization software. The Operations Analyst plays a key role in translating data insights into meaningful operational strategies that drive measurable results.
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business, Public Administration or related field.
At least one (1) year of experience performing analysis work.
