Overview As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you’ll move parcels through the delivery process, handle items safely, and provide helpful service at each customer interaction. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep deliveries organized and support a reliable experience for customers. Responsibilities Move parcels between warehouse and delivery areas, using safe handling practices for heavy lifting. Load, organize, and transport parcels, keeping items secure and delivery records accurate. Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues about delivery progress and any issues. Follow workplace procedures when using equipment, including a forklift where applicable. Skills Required: Practical moving and heavy-lifting capability, clear communication, and customer service skills help you handle parcels safely, coordinate deliveries, and respond professionally to customers. Commercial driving ability supports dependable parcel transport and careful vehicle operation. Preferred: Warehouse experience and familiarity with forklift operation can help you organize parcels efficiently and work smoothly with colleagues.
