Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and control fleet operations and logistics
• Establish and monitor safety policies and standards
• Align fleet operations with fishing regulations
• Oversee maintenance and budgetary aspects

Requirements:
• Degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in fisheries roles
• Required Ship Pilot and Master Certificates
• Advanced Marine First Aid and CPR Certification
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
