Job Description: Job Description: RESPONSIBILITES Follow all plant safety rules, LOTO, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Follow all SOP’s that apply to performing this work, as well as general plant SOPs. Ensure that all quality SOP requirements are being followed, and visual inspection is occurring at all times and documented. Quality process check, downtime (DT), and spoilage entry at Palletizer as required and documented Responsible for all functions associated with the palletizing operation, including but not limited to the palletizer, banding, inspection, labeling, and shrink wrap related to the palletizing operation Feed/Operate/Maintain all Palletizer/Packaging (labeling) related equipment Perform mechanical repairs Good housekeeping is required at all times.
The work area is to be clean, orderly, and free of hazards at all times. Hazards include, but are not limited to ends, broken wood, and torn bags. Report to the shift supervisor for further requirements when lines are down or underperforming.
