Palletizer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Palletizer to join our warehouse and production team. The Palletizer will be responsible for stacking, organizing, and securing products on pallets to ensure safe storage and transportation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Stack and arrange products on pallets according to established guidelines. Ensure products are properly positioned and secured to prevent damage during transportation. Wrap, label, and prepare completed pallets for storage or shipment. Inspect products and packaging for damage or defects. Maintain accurate pallet counts and report any discrepancies. Move materials and finished pallets using appropriate warehouse equipment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards. Work closely with warehouse and production team members to meet daily goals. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or palletizing experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude. Willingness to learn new procedures and equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the work shift. Ability to lift, carry, and stack products regularly. Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks. Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment.
