Pallet Rack Installation Team

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The Installer will work with a small crew, utilizing hand tools, power tools, sky jacks, fork lifts and regularly lifting 50lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs. Hours will be between 30 and 50 hrs a week typically between 7am and 5pm. Occasional travel/overnight jobs will be required with plenty of notice and at no extra expense to the employee. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems according to specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot issues that arise during installation or maintenance processes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Be professional and follow safety regulations at all times Ensure all work areas are clean and organized before leaving the job site. Qualifications Basic math skills Proficiency in using tools, including hammers, tape measures and saws. Ability to learn on the job Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to local job sites (will use company vehicles to travel outside the area) Must be ok with heights, heavy lifting, bending, moving around in small spaces Join our team as an Installer where your skills will contribute to our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
