Remote Paid Media Buyer (Google & Meta Ads), Part-Time Contract Prizm Detailing LLC · Mobile auto detailing · Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Location: Remote (anywhere). 4+ hours of daily overlap with US Central time required Type: Part-time contract: up to 15 hrs/week in Month 1, then about 10 hrs/week Pay: $20-$30/hr USD based on experience and proven results, plus a performance bonus tied to booked jobs and cost per customer after the first 60 days Ad spend: about $4K/month across Meta and Google Reports to: Sebastian Montenegro, Owner About us Prizm is a 100% mobile auto detailing company. We go to customers' homes and workplaces across Dallas, Irving, Richardson, Garland, Uptown, Frisco, and McKinney. We do interior/exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and headlight restoration. Our team handles photos, video, and our Google Business Profile in-house. We need one sharp paid media buyer who turns ad dollars into booked jobs. Month 1: get the campaigns performing Our internal team builds and owns conversion tracking: pixel/Conversions API events, Google Ads conversions, offline conversions from HighLevel, UTMs, and call tracking. Your job is to use that data to run and optimize the campaigns. 1. Audit and restructure: review our existing Meta, Google Search, and Local Services Ads campaigns and restructure them around lead/conversion objectives, not engagement. 2. Creative testing cadence: set up a repeatable testing plan for Meta ads using our real before/after photos and videos. 3. Budgets and bids: set budgets, bid strategies, and campaign structure based on what's actually producing booked jobs. 4. Baseline report: establish cost per lead, cost per booked job, and CAC by channel using the tracking our team provides. 5. First weekly report: spend, leads, booked jobs, cost per booked job, and what you're testing next. Ongoing: what you'll own - Google Ads Search and Local Services Ads: keywords and negatives, ad copy, bidding, budgets, LSA profile, and lead rating. - Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): campaigns, audiences, and creative testing using our real before/after photos and videos. - Campaign structure and optimization: objectives, budgets, bids, and ongoing creative testing across Meta, Google Search, and LSA. - Weekly reporting against cost per booked job, reviewed with our team: spend, leads, cost per lead, booked jobs, cost per booked job, and CAC. Plus a 15-minute weekly call with the owner on what's working and what you're testing next. What we're looking for - Proof of results. You'll screen-share real ad accounts (Google and Meta) on a live call and walk us through CPL/CAC trends and what you changed. Screenshots alone won't do. - Comfortable reading conversion data in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads conversions, and flagging tracking issues to our team when numbers look off. (You won't be building or fixing the tracking; our team owns that.) - Local-service lead generation experience: home services, auto, med-spa, or other appointment-based businesses. - Google Local Services Ads experience is a big plus. - Clear written and spoken English, and you raise problems early. - 4+ hours/day of overlap with US Central time. - Comfortable working inside Prizm-owned accounts with your own login and access. We never share owner passwords, and all accounts and assets stay with Prizm. How we hire 1. Apply by email (below). 2. Live account walkthrough, about 45 min, camera on, including how you've structured campaigns, run creative tests, and used conversion data to cut cost per booked job. 3. Paid test project, about 5-8 hrs at your rate: audit our Google Search, LSA, and Meta campaigns (structure, objectives, budgets, bids, and creative), review the conversion data in Events Manager and Google Ads, and propose your Month-1 optimization plan. 4. 30-day trial, then an ongoing contract with the performance bonus.
