Packing Warehouse Associate
AmeriTempsWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packing Associate to accurately pack, inspect, label, and prepare products for shipment. The ideal candidate can follow detailed instructions, maintain quality standards, and ensure that all orders are complete, properly packaged, and ready for delivery. This is an entry-level position, and on-the-job training may be provided. Verify product quantities, item numbers, labels, and order details before packing. Inspect products for damage, defects, or printing errors before shipment. Ensure the correct products are placed in the correct boxes or packages. Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and packing slips accurately. Organize packed products and prepare them for shipping or distribution. Maintain an organized packing station and keep work areas clean. Follow quality control procedures to prevent packing errors and product damage. Meet daily packing and production goals while maintaining accuracy. Report missing items, damaged products, or order discrepancies to a supervisor. Follow workplace safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
