Packing & Shipping / Production Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented employee to handle packing and shipping for a busy print and production company. This position is responsible for securely packing a variety of printed materials, from small stickers and labels to large-format graphics, banners, and other custom products. Responsibilities: Safely and securely pack orders of various sizes and materials Prepare packages with appropriate contents, packing lists, and labels Create and process UPS shipping labels using UPS WorldShip Read and follow job tickets and shipping instructions accurately Inspect finished products before packing to ensure orders are complete Assist with general production and shop duties when packing/shipping is complete, including cutting, laminating, collating, organizing, and other production tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse/production area Assist with general shop upkeep as needed Requirements: Previous UPS/WorldShip shipping experience required Proficient computer skills Ability to read and understand job tickets and written instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Comfortable handling packages and working on your feet throughout the day English proficiency required Reliable and punctual Previous experience in a print, production, shipping, or warehouse environment is a plus. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Work Location: In person
