Role Description The Packing & Shipping Associate is a full-time, on-site role in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role will be responsible for accurately picking, verifying, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities Pick and verify orders for correct products, SKUs, quantities, and lot/batch information. Inspect products and ensure orders are complete and accurate before shipment. Securely pack and label shipments for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Weigh packages and prepare shipping labels and required documentation. Prepare packing slips, commercial invoices, and other shipping documents when needed. Stage completed orders for carrier pickup and ensure shipments meet daily cutoff times. Update inventory and shipment information in inventory fulfillment systems. Communicate and coordinate with Customer Service as needed regarding order questions, special requirements, or shipment issues. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, or low-stock items. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing and shipping area. Support other fulfillment and shipping activities as needed. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to efficiently handle orders with multiple products and quantities. Good organizational and time-management skills. Dependable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and shipping systems. Ability to lift and move packages safely. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or shipping experience is preferred. Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, scanners, shipping software, or inventory systems is a plus. Good communication skills and willingness to work with Customer Service and other team members. This is an important role in ensuring that customers receive accurate, complete, properly prepared, and timely shipments.
