We operate across multiple e-commerce and livestream shopping platforms, including Whatnot, and other platforms. Our business is built on providing customers with exceptional products, accurate order fulfillment, and an outstanding shopping experience. We are seeking a reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking Packing & Fulfillment Associate to join our Manhattan team. This position plays an essential role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed, carefully packaged, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a high level of accuracy, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of properly handling valuable luxury merchandise. Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Fulfillment Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Process orders received through Whatnot, and other company sales channels. Match products to their corresponding orders, verifying item descriptions, quantities, identifying information, and shipping details. Ensure all orders are fulfilled within established shipping deadlines. Print shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation. Package products using appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Follow company procedures for handling and shipping luxury and high-value merchandise. Verify completed packages for accuracy before shipment. Identify and promptly report missing merchandise, incorrect orders, damaged items, or other fulfillment discrepancies. Packaging & Quality Control Carefully inspect merchandise before packaging to identify visible damage, defects, missing accessories, or inconsistencies. Maintain high standards of presentation and packaging consistent with a luxury retail brand. Properly protect designer handbags, watches, jewelry, accessories, and other delicate or valuable merchandise. Ensure that all required accessories, dust bags, authenticity documentation, and other applicable materials are included with the correct orders. Maintain a clean and organized packing station with sufficient shipping supplies. Minimize packaging waste while maintaining appropriate product protection. Follow established quality-control procedures to reduce order errors, customer complaints, and shipping-related damage. Inventory Management & Organization Assist with receiving, sorting, labeling, and organizing incoming merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with tracking merchandise throughout the fulfillment process. Organize products in designated storage areas to ensure efficient picking and packing. Participate in routine inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits. Report inventory discrepancies, missing products, and damaged merchandise to management. Assist with preparing and organizing merchandise before and after livestream sales events. Ensure high-value merchandise is properly handled, tracked, and secured according to company procedures. Shipping & Logistics Prepare outgoing shipments through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other approved shipping providers. Sort and organize completed shipments by carrier, pickup schedule, and shipping priority. Coordinate package handoffs and carrier pickups as directed. Assist with tracking delayed, missing, or returned shipments. Process returned merchandise and assist with restocking when authorized.
