Responsibilities Execute order picking and packing with precision, utilizing warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure accuracy. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely for load & unload activities and stock replenishment. Manage shipping & receiving processes, including preparing shipments, verifying trade compliance, and coordinating international trade regulations when necessary. Maintain detailed data entry records within ERP systems such as AS400 and other inventory management tools. Oversee website updates related to product availability, order status, and shipping information to improve customer experience. Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize warehouse distribution strategies and streamline order fulfillment workflows. Ensure proper packaging standards are followed for all shipments, including labeling, palletizing, and securing goods for transit. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management software, or related roles. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to shipping weights or quantities. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in order fulfillment and website updates.
