Packing and Shipping Clerk

Everything our team builds eventually passes through shipping, and that's where it either arrives perfectly or doesn't. As our Packing & Shipping Clerk, you'll make sure it does. You'll pack, label, and send products out the door accurately and on time, and you'll be the person who catches the wrong part number or short count before the customer ever sees it. If you like work where you can see what you finished at the end of the day, a stack of shipments packed right, staged, and picked up on schedule, you'll fit right in. What your day looks like Packing products so they arrive in one piece, and double-checking part numbers, quantities, and customer requirements before anything ships Printing labels and preparing packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping paperwork Weighing, measuring, and booking shipments with UPS, FedEx, and LTL/freight carriers Staging orders for pickup and making sure they leave on time Moving materials with hand trucks, pallet jacks, or a forklift (we'll help you get certified) Keeping shipment and inventory records accurate, and helping with cycle counts Flagging shortages, damage, or anything that looks off Working with production, quality, and receiving so every shipment goes out right Sharing ideas to make packing and shipping faster and smarter What we're looking for High school diploma or GED A sharp eye for detail. You notice when something doesn't match. Comfort reading packing lists, work orders, and shipping instructions Basic math for counting, weighing, and measuring Good time management when the truck is coming at 3:00 A safety-first mindset and a tidy work area Bonus points for Packing, shipping, or warehouse experience Experience with shipping software A forklift certification (or you're willing to earn one with us) The physical side This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. You'll stand and walk for long stretches and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. It's a safety-sensitive position, and PPE is required on the floor.
