Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring compliance with shipping standards and safety protocols. Your efforts will directly contribute to efficient order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Prepare shipping labels and any documentation needed. Process any shipping claims, when needed. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking supplies, packaging materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Experience Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Knowledge of shipping logistics. Strong data entry skills using Microsoft Office tools like Excel or Word to document shipments. Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
