Packer/Shipper

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Duties Carefully pack and prepare products using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transit Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders Verify order accuracy through data entry and inventory management software, ensuring correct items are shipped Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and preparing shipping labels in compliance with trade and international trade regulations Conduct quality checks on packed items, ensuring proper labeling, packaging integrity, and order completeness Maintain organized stock levels through inventory management practices and stock replenishment procedures Assist with receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for damages, and updating inventory records in ERP systems Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order picking procedures Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service efforts Join us as a Packer/Shipper and become an essential part of our logistics team!
