Packer Palletizer

Job Summary Join our production team as a Packer or Palletizer on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment through packing, palletizing, and preparing products for customers. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with food manufacturing and production team. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. Responsibilities Pack products from production line using appropriate packaging materials Palletize items efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper stacking and stability according to safety standards Verify product is sealing appropriately, label verification and box preparation Qualifications Familiarity with warehouse operations is helpful Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving lifting up to 30 lbs with standing up to 8 hours Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for order accuracy Excellent adherence to safety protocols and proper PPE in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Must be able to commute to various buildings in Burlington as needed Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Application Question(s): What shift are you interested in?
