• Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify products for customer orders.
• Prepare and verify packing slips to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
• Perform order picking tasks, selecting items from inventory based on order requirements.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including checking in incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely, following proper material handling practices.
• Label products, boxes, and pallets clearly and accurately to support correct identification and tracking.
• Help maintain accurate warehouse inventory by scanning, counting, and organizing products.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Essential Skills
• 2+ years of packing experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated stable work history with good tenure of approximately 23 years at most previous jobs.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners or RF scan guns for inventory and order processing.
• Practical knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including unloading and loading.
• Experience with order picking and preparing packing slips.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks in a warehouse or production setting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience with warehouse inventory management processes.
• Experience labeling products, cartons, and pallets for shipment.
• Comfort working with basic warehouse tools and equipment for loading and unloading.
• Willingness to work on a short-term 4-week contract with the possibility of being hired on based on performance and business needs.

- Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse or production environment focused on packing, shipping, and inventory activities.
You will work with RF scanners, packing materials, labels, and standard warehouse equipment for loading and unloading.
The position follows set schedules: a first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and a second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday.
The work involves standing, moving, and handling products throughout the shift in a fast-paced setting where safety, organization, and teamwork are essential.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
