Packer

Position Summary: The Packer will manually organize products on the warehouse and record part numbers of the items they handle. The position is primarily manual labor but will require the ability to communicate by writing on occasion. Primary Responsibilities: Communicate with co-workers and coordinate to receive instructions and coordinate activities Inspect and audit customer inventory Assist Customer Service Representatives in recording part numbers Sort and palletize inbound shipments Scan and repair customer inventory as needed Report any discrepancies and damages Tag inbound products Other duties may be assigned Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Must be able to follow written and oral instructions Possess above average communication skills Basic math and counting skills Be a self-starter, ability to work under minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Physical Demands: The physical demands and/or work environment described here are representative of those that must be met or will be encountered by the employee while performing the essential functions of this job. Standing for long periods of time. Minor lifting of product. Occasional climbing, crouching, kneeling.
