Packer – Amazon Fulfillment & Repack

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. This position will be split between our Amazon Fulfillment and Repack Departments. The primary responsibility is to carefully pack fragile items into boxes, ensure products are properly protected, and apply the correct shipping labels. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, and understands the importance of accuracy and product quality. Employees may also be assigned to assist other warehouse departments as business needs require. No prior warehouse experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Responsibilities Carefully pack fragile ceramic items into boxes to prevent damage during shipping. Use appropriate packing materials and follow established packing procedures. Apply shipping labels accurately and ensure packages are properly identified. Inspect items and packaging for accuracy, quality, and potential damage. Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining attention to detail. Work in both the Amazon Fulfillment and Repack Departments as assigned. Assist other warehouse departments when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines. Qualifications Excellent attention to detail is a must. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential. Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to perform different tasks and assist other departments as needed. Previous warehouse experience is not required. Forklift certification or prior forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule & Benefits Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Paid time off (PTO).
