Packaging Sourcing Analyst

Requirements 3 to 5 years of sourcing, procurement, spend analysis, or related analyst experience Advanced Excel and analytical experience, including financial modeling, spend analysis, cost benchmarking, and savings identification Hands-on strategic sourcing experience supporting RFIs/RFx events, supplier proposal analysis, cost evaluation, and sourcing recommendations Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence suppliers and cross-functional teams without direct authority Proven ability to independently structure and manage multiple sourcing initiatives with minimal oversight Experience working through incomplete data, limited spend visibility, and ambiguous business requirements to develop actionable insights Plusses Packaging sourcing or procurement experience Directed Buy or supplier network sourcing experience Experience analyzing secondary packaging costs Experience helping build sourcing processes or supporting a newly established sourcing function Demonstrated success improving supplier pricing transparency and identifying measurable cost savings You should be proficient in: Sourcing and Procurement Experience Microsoft Excel
