Packaging Operations Coordinator

Fast Custom Boxes is looking for an organized and proactive Packaging Operations Coordinator to manage customer orders, production schedules, inventory, shipping, and daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, solving problems, and working with customers, vendors, and production teams. What You’ll Do Coordinate packaging orders from entry through production and delivery Schedule production and track order status, deadlines, and shipments Communicate with customers about artwork, specifications, timelines, and delivery updates Coordinate with design, printing, production, warehouse, suppliers, and carriers Maintain accurate inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records Monitor packaging materials and finished-product inventory Resolve order issues, discrepancies, and delivery concerns Support process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Experience in packaging, manufacturing, printing, logistics, order management, or operations preferred Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams ERP, WMS, inventory, or order-management experience is a plus E-commerce experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar platforms is a plus Packaging, printing, production planning, or supply chain knowledge is preferred Pay & Benefits Performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Paid training and professional development Employee product discounts Career advancement opportunities Stable, growing work environment Why Join Us?
