Packaging Associate

Responsibilities Safely operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assemble and package products according to specifications Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods within the facility Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and verifying order accuracy Conduct quality checks during packaging to ensure product integrity and compliance with standards Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged items and updating records accurately Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes Skills Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes enhance performance in this role Proficiency with hand tools for packaging and assembly tasks Strong understanding of packaging procedures and quality control standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Prior experience with warehouse operations or using warehouse management systems is advantageous Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule On-site parking Work Location: In person
