Position Overview We are looking for a Meal Packaging / Fulfillment Associate who can operate in a fast-paced, structured environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.This position supports two important parts of our operation: meal packaging and order fulfillment. Meal Packaging Meal packaging begins after food has been cooked by our kitchen team.You will be responsible for: Taking prepared food and portioning it into individual meal containers Properly weighing proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables, and other meal components Following established portion sizes and meal specifications Ensuring every meal is packaged consistently and accurately Paying close attention to ingredients, meal variations, and quantities Maintaining speed without sacrificing accuracy or quality Keeping packaging areas clean, organized, and sanitary Accuracy is extremely important. Our customers rely on us to provide consistent portions and the correct meals every time. Fulfillment Once meals have been packaged, fulfillment is responsible for turning those meals into completed customer orders.You will be responsible for: Pulling packed meals from production racks Reading customer orders carefully Selecting the correct meals and quantities for each order Packing customer delivery bags accurately Double-checking meal counts and order details Identifying missing or incorrect meals before orders leave the facility Organizing completed orders by delivery route Staging orders correctly for drivers Communicating shortages, discrepancies, or mistakes to leadership immediately Helping ensure every order leaves the facility complete and accurate Fulfillment is one of the final checkpoints before an order reaches the customer. Attention to detail is critical.
