ManpowerOur client, Logistics and Distribution is seeking a Package Sorter to join their team. As a Package Sorter, you will be part of the Operations team supporting daily package flow and dock sorting. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, the ability to follow clear instructions, and the stamina to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.

Shift: 1:30AM start
What's the Job?
• Load and unload trucks to support timely movement of Amazon and retail packages
• Sort packages at the courier dock to ensure accurate routing
• Perform a variety of tasks requiring limited knowledge of production processes in support of skilled production workers
• Support overnight package sorting operations to keep workflow moving
• Follow site procedures and safety expectations while working in a warehouse environment
What's Needed?
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overnight and follow scheduled start times
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with clear performance expectations
• Steel-toed work boots and a high-visibility safety vest required
• Reliable attendance and readiness to report as scheduled to Melissa
